摘  要:目的建立胡黄连提取物中苯乙烯骨架型大孔吸附树脂残留物的测定方法。方法胡黄连提取物加DMF-水混合溶剂溶解后,在80℃下平衡40 min,采用顶空进样方式,用毛细管气相色谱法测定大孔树脂的残留物。结果7种残留物的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好,r均大于0.9995,回收率均大于85%,连续5次进样的RSD〈5%,检测限为(0.2-1.3)×10^-5%。结论该方法适用于苯乙烯骨架型大孔吸附树脂残留物的测定。OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of organic residues ( including hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, 1,4 -diethylbenzene, divinybenzene) from macroporous adsorption resin in Rhizoma Picrorhizae extract. METHODS The samples of Rhizoma Picrorhizae extract dissolved in DMF -water, heated at 80℃ for 40 minutes, analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with headspace sampling. RESULTS The linear relations of the peak area of 7 residues were good ( r 〉 0.9995) , the recoveries were above 85%, RSD were less than 5% after 5 times sequential injections to their concentration and LOD were in the range of (0. 2 - 1.3) × 10^-5%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility. It can be used for determination of organic residuals from macroporous adsorption resin in Rhizoma Picrorhizae extract.
