摘　　要：目的采用HPLC测定佐米曲普坦药片的含量。方法采用Kromasil ODS-3 C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;0.05%三乙胺溶液（磷酸调pH2.75）-乙腈（90∶10）为流动相;荧光检测器检测（激发波长为255 nm,发射波长为360 nm）。结果佐米曲普坦浓度1-80μg·ml^-1与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0.9998）。结论所建立方法准确,回收率高。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the content determination of Zolmitriptan tablets by HPLC. METHODS A Kromasil ODS - 3 C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of 0.05% triethylamine in water （ adjusting to pH2.75 with phosphoric acid） and acetonitrile （90 ： 10）. Fluorescence detection was performed at 225 nm（excitation） and 360 nm（emission）. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 1 - 80 μg· ml^ - 1 （ r = 0.9998 ）. CONCLUSION The assay method is accurate and simple with high recovery.
