摘　　要：目的:研究血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)-BB在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达及其发生发展中的作用。方法:采用ELISA法检测38例术前HCC患者和20例正常人血清中PDGF-BB的浓度,采用免疫组织化学(SABC法)检测24例HCC组织,10例正常肝组织中PDGF-B链的表达。结果:术前HCC患者和正常人血清中PDGF的浓度分别为(376.38±104.23)pg/ml、(28.65±17.06)pg/ml,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),PDGF-B链在HCC组织和正常肝组织中分别为66.7%、0,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:PDGF-BB在HCC的发生发展中可能发挥重要作用。Objective：To investigate the expression of platelet--derived growth factor （PDGF）-BB in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and its role in the onset and development of HCC.nethods：The concentration of serum PDGF-BB in 38 cases of HCC and 20 cases of health persons was detected respectively by ELISA.The expression of PDGF-BB in 24 cases of primary HCC tissues and 10 cases of normal liver tissues was detected respectively by immunohistochemistry.Results：Preoperation serum PDGF-BB concentration of HCC and health persons was 376.38±104.23,28.65±17.06 respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The positive rate of PDGF-BB in HCC was significandy higher than that in normal liver tissues, which was 66.7%（16/24） and 0（0/10） respectively.Conclusion： PDGF-BB may play an important role in the onset and development of HCC.
