摘　　要：目的:探讨对脑立体定向活检手术患者的适应性问题的护理。方法:应用Roy护理程序分析立体定向活检手术患者在生理需要、自我概念、角色功能和相互依赖4个方面的适应性问题及护理对策。结果:护士对患者存在的适应性问题有较全面的把握,患者适应性良好,能够较好的配合手术。结论:应用Roy护理程序,从整体出发,可以促进患者的适应性反应。Objective：To investigate the adaptive problem of the patients during stereotaxic biopsy. Methods：To analyse patients＇ problem and nursing intervention about physiological need, serf-concept, role function and correlative dependence in intraoperation of stereotaxic biopsy by using Roy＇s nursing program. Results：Nurses could hold the patients＇ adaptive problem allroundly. The patients had good adaptivity and could co-operate with the operation well.Conclusion：Making use of the Roy＇s nursing program, nurse can promote the patient＇s adaptive reaction.
