摘　　要：网上参考咨询平台对读者学习上的帮助已毋庸置疑,然而,它所折射出的人文关怀至今还为人们所忽略,长期以来无人作深入的探讨。事实上,网上咨询服务必须既解答读者尤其是大学生读者学习上的疑惑,又帮助其解决生活中的实际困难,指导他们更好地学习、工作和生活;通过适当的交流,给读者一种精神上的满足,正确引导他们把握人生方向。There is no doubt that the consultation platform on web is helpful to readers, but people may still neglect its function in humane concern and there is no detail investigation about it. In fact, the consultation service should both answer the questions on learning for readers, especially for university students, and help them solve their troubles in living. By a reasonable communication, the readers may get some comfort in mental and some advice for life. Therefore, consultants should adhere to the tenet that person is the first and try their best to help readers.
