摘　　要：POC(Push-to-Talk Over Cellular)业务,是第三代移动通信系统基于IMS(IP多媒体子系统)域的一项业务,它是一种在蜂窝移动通信网络上实现的PTT(Push To Talk)业务。PTT是一个半双工业务,用户间除了一对一会话外,还可以进行预定义、聊天或临时群组会话,在申请发言权和发言时一般需要按住特定的按键,而在接听时无需任何动作。文章对POC体系结构及其计费结构做了介绍,详细说明了POC业务体系结构中的各个网络单元及其功能,重点介绍了POC业务计费体系结构的各功能单元及其相关接口,阐述了CDR话单的处理流程,并对CDR文件的传输格式以及话单类别等做了介绍。POC （Push-to-Talk Over Cellular） is a service of the third generation mobile communication systems based on the IMS （IP Multimedia Subsystem） domain. The PTT （Push To Talk） service achieves in a cellular mobile communication network. PTT is a half-duplex operations. In addition to point-to-point user sessions, user also scheduled for iustice, chatting groups or temporary conversation. In speech applications, it generally needs to press specific keys but answers without any action. This paper introduces the POC architecture and accounting structure, making a presentation on the POC service architecture of all network elements and their functions in detail, putting the emphasis on the POC service accounting structure of the functional unit and its associated interface, explaining the CDR the process flow, and the CDR document transmission format and a charges category.
