摘 要:在考察国内外污水回用现状与技术的基础上,根据对辽化聚酯一厂污水生化二沉池出水进行的小试研究结果,开发出了“浮选-生物过滤-臭氧催化氧化-快滤”(FBOF)深度处理技术,并在辽化聚酯一厂进行了近6个月的中试试验。结果表明,生化二沉池出水经过FBOF中试装置处理后,出水的化学需氧量可降至13 mg/L,浊度降至0.4 mg/L,油含量降至0.27 mg/L,总铁离子含量降至0.03 mg/L,完全达到了循环冷却补充水的要求。与其他国内同类技术相比,FBOF污水深度处理技术具有工艺流程简单、特点突出、处理效果好、操作及维护方便等优点,具有很好的应用价值。On the basis of investigating the current situation and technique of wastewater reuse, a floatation-biological filtration-ozone catalytic oxidation-fast filtration (FBOF) process was developed for advanced treatment of secondary clarifier effluent from the first Liaoyang chemical & polyester factory. During the six months running, the process worked well. After FBOF processing, the effluent quality meets the requirements of cycling use as chilled supplement water, chemical oxygen demand is 13 mg/L, turbidity is 0. 4 mg/L, oil concentration is 0. 27 mg/L and total concentration of Fe^3+ is 0. 03 mg/L. Compared with the processes for advanced wastewater treatment used in domestic industry, FBOF process has advantages of simple process flow, identifiable character, good effect in the treatment result and convenience in operation and maintenance. FBOF is a good process that may be used in advanced wastewater treatment.
