摘 要:对东莞塘厦体育馆工程钢屋盖桁架扇型节点的焊接技术采取超现行行业规范标准,进行了3个足尺扇型节点的静力性能试验和有限元分析.讨论了试验的加载装置、实测结果和有限元计算结果,给出节点应力分布及钢屋盖桁架节点极限破坏荷载.研究表明,该钢屋盖桁架节点在设计荷载、2倍设计荷载作用下,具有足够的强度和刚度;有限元计算分析与试验实测结果具有相似性,说明有限计算能够较准确地了解钢节点受力状况.最后对提高该钢屋盖桁架扇型节点的焊接质量提出建议.Construction and design of a fan round steel tube with welding joints are based on the implementation of the standard used in Exhibitions and Sports Center of Tang Xia Town in Dong Guan City. A full-scale test of the 3 joints and finite element analysis are carried out. A test setup, experimental and FE calculating results are discussed and stress distribution in the joint as well as the steel joints of roof construction failure limit load are presented. The present investigation indicates that the steel joints of roof construction subjected to design loads and 2 times design loads have sufficient strength and rigidity. The results from FE calculation are similar to those from the experiment, which shows that static behavior of the joint can also be found out through FE analysis . The suggestions for welding quality of the fan-steel joints of roof construction is proposed.
