摘　　要：智能网组网方式通常有叠加网方式和目标网方式,目标网方式根据智能网的用户签约信息(CSI)触发智能业务,能够为更广泛的移动用户服务。现网升级为目标网需要很多的准备和测试,地市与全省通过不同的步骤完成在业务控制点(SCP)、归属位置寄存器(HLP)、移动交换中心(MSC)、网关移动交换中心(GMSC)和签约消息等方面的升级。升级后为了真正实现目标网,需要进行两方面的改造:对营帐系统特别是话单采集进行改造,对增值业务进行升级。然而,升级中仍有许多难点,如主叫用户签约信息(O-CSI)、被叫用户签约信息(T-CSI)、特殊号码优化等,需要各自通过不同的方案加以解决。The networking of intelligent networks involves spliced-network and aimed-network. Aimed-network triggers the intelligent service by the CAMEL Subscription Information （CSI）, and it has broader uses than spliced-network. There are a lot of preparations and test to upgrade the current network to aimed-network. Cities and provinces update their networks from the aspects of Service Control Point （SCP）, Home Location Register （HLP）, Mobile Switching Center （MSC）, Global Mobile Switching Center （GMSC） and subscription information by different processes. In order to fully realize the aimed-network after upgrading, the accounting systems, especially the ticket collection, have to be rebuilt, and the value added services have to be updated. However, there are difficulties in upgrading （e.g., Origination CAMEL Subscriber Information （O-CSI）, Termination CAMEL Subscriber Information （T-CSI）, and special number optimization）, each of which needs a particular solution.
