摘　　要：目的分析急性心肌梗死的Ptf-V1。方法观察200例急性心肌梗死病例,对其Ptf-V1进行分析。结果急性心肌梗死组的平均值为-0.024 6±0.023 1,冠心病组的Ptf-V1平均值为-0.013 5±0.022 2,t=4.087,P<0.01,差异有非常显著性。结论急性心肌梗死Ptf-V1异常,负值增大。Objective To analyze the Pff - V1 of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 200 cases of acute myocardial infarction and their Ptf - V1 were observed and analyzed. Results The average value of Ptf-V1 of acute myocardial infarction was -0. 024 6±0. 023 1 while that of coronary heart disease was -0.013 5 ±0.022 2,t=4.087,P 〈0.01. The difference was obvious. Conclusion The Ptf - V1 of acute myocardial in farction appears unusual and minus value increases.
