前列泰片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价前列泰片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法对45例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者进行为期6～24个月的观察,口服前列泰片一次5片,3次/d。比较治疗前后前列腺炎症状评分及前列腺液常规检查白细胞数量的变化,同时观察不良反应。结果45例患者中,治愈16例,显效15例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率87%,无明显不良反应。结论前列泰片治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效确切,耐受性良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Qianlietai tablets on curing the chronic-abacterial-prostatitis. Methods A 6 to 24 months observation was performed of 45 cases of sufferers of chronic-abacterial prostatitis who were supposed to take Qianlietai tablets 3 times per day with 5 pieces each time. The before and after treatment change of the chronic abacterial prostatitis symptom grade and the numbers of leucocytes examinated in the normal inspection of prostate succus were compared, the side-effects of the treatment were observed as well. Resuits After the treatment,there were 16 cured cases, 15 effective cases,8 markedly effective cases and 6 non-effective cases in the total 45 cases of sufferers. Conclusion Qianlietai tablets has a clear curative effect on curing chrome abacterial prostatitis with a good tolerance.
