Norplant皮下埋植剂使用者卵泡发育的B型超声观察

摘　　要：皮下埋植Norplant2月～3年后65例妇女用B超观察卵泡发育。根据月经周期情况分为月经规则组、紊乱组及闭经组。结果提示：皮理后妇女卵泡发育类型有三种；三组间左侧卵泡的最大平均直径无显著性差异；右侧卵泡的最大平均直径闭经组与月经规则组、月经紊乱组间均有显著性差异；右侧与左侧卵泡的显像分布也有显著性差异。作者认为，皮理后妇女一侧卵巢内发现囊肿，一般均会自行消失；部分皮埋后妇女卵泡的发育可能是以右侧为主。Ovary follicles development after Norplant implantation from 2 months to 3 years was observed with B mode ultrasound for 65 women.They were devided into normal,disturbance menstrual cycle and amenorrhea groups,and three types of ovary follicles development were found.The mean diameter of the big ovary follicles on the left among three groups was found no significantly different,but on the right,were presented significant differences among these three groups as well as the locations of follicles at the right and left.The cyst once occurred either side usually disappeared spon taneously.The development of ovary follicles mostly occurred on the right.
