摘　　要：1994年9月至1995年10月我们用超声去脂术治疗局部脂肪堆积患者23例。这种方法能选择性破坏脂肪细胞，对组织的损伤小，术中出血很少，效果良好。文章还介绍了我们自行研制的NTY－300型多功能超声手术装置。Twenty-three patients with localized fat deposit were treated with the ultrasonic liposculpturing. Themechanism is selective destruction of surplus adipose tissues. lt is less traumatic with less blood loss and effectiveoperation. The ultrasonic surgical instrument designed by us is introduced.
