摘　　要：通过分析影响开拓竖井方案选择的主要因素,建立了多层次的竖井选址层次评价模型,利用层次分析法确定出了各种方案的权重值,得出了最优的竖井方案,并进行了一致性检验,为该竖井的工程施工提供了决策依据。实践应用证明该结果是可靠的。By analyzing the main factors influencing the optimized selection of shaft schemes, a multi - hierarchy evaluation model for shaft location selection was established, the weight values of every scheme was determined using analytic hierarchy process, the optimal scheme was gotten and the coherence verification were made. It also provided decision - making foundation for the construction of the shaft engineering. The practical application has validated the reliability of the optimal scheme.
