摘 要:气泡发生器是微泡浮选的关键。分析研究了气泡发生器的结构、尺寸、形状要求,以及影响气泡发生器性能的主要结构尺寸。开发设计了气泡发生器的虚拟样机,并进行了数值模拟仿真分析。在此基础上,设计制作了物理样机,并进行了实验分析。通过数值仿真和物理实验分析,验证了一些设计理论。结果表明,该气泡发生器具有较好的性能,为气泡发生器的开发设计提出了新的方法。The bubble generator is the key equipment of microbubble floatation. This paper analyzes and studies the structure, dimensions, shape of a bubble generator, and the main structure dimensions that will influence the properties of the bubble generator. A visual prototype of bubble generator has been designed, and its numeral simulation analysis was done. Based on these, a physical prototype that was designed and manufactured. A test analysis abqut physical prototype was completed. Through numeral simulation and physical experiment analysis, some design theories were verified. The result showed that the bubble generator has good properties. It puts forward a new design method for bubble generators.
