摘  要:应用B超和核素显像测量363例Graves甲亢患者甲状腺体积(重量),B超计算公式:每叶体积(ml)=π/6×长径(cm)×宽径(cm)×厚径(cm),按比重=1折算成重量(g)。核素显像计算公式:重量(g)=0.316×两叶平均高度(cm)×表面面积(cm2),结果表明两者的测值相关良好,r=0.93(P<0.01),甲状腺重量在70.1~90.0g之间,两种方法测量结果无显著差异,可互相替代。但总体上核素显像平均测值大于B超平均测值.其主要影响因素是腺体厚度,核素显像法缺乏厚度,B超法较显像法更为准确。Thyroid volume was measured by ultrasonography in 363 patients with hyperthyroidism and compared with scintigraphy. The calculate formula used in ultrasonography is:V (ml) =π/6×height (cm) ×width (cm)×thickness (cm). Each 1 ml (volume) was assumed to equal lg (weight ). The formula for scintigraphy is weight (g) = 0. 316×mean height (cm) ×area(cm2). The correlation between two methods was significant, r= 0.93 (P<0. 01 ). The results of two methods were not different when thyroid weights were 70. 1-90. 0g. The ultrasonography is more accurate than nuclear scintigraphy, because the later only provides two dimension data. It is concluded that thyrold volume mesurement by ultrasound is accurate, simple, and teproducible.
