摘  要:矩量法在空域分析三维微带电路的关键是闭式格林函数的求解。本文首先介绍谱域格林函数一种新的表达式,使得源点和场点在同一层时,离散复镜像法可提取出与它们无关的闭式,从而避免了插值;不在同一层时,可提取与场点无关的闭式,此时只须对源点进行一维插值,因而提高了计算效率。然后,利用闭式格林函数和RWG基函数,基于混合位积分方程的矩量法就可以在空域精确、有效地分析三维任意形状微带电路。给出了几个典型实例,表明本文方法的有效性。Using method of moments ( MoM), the key of analysis of three-dimensional microstrip circuits in spatial domain is how to obtain closed-form Green' s function. Firstly, the spectral-domain Green' s functions are reformulated in a new style in this paper. So we can use discrete complex image method (DCIM) and extract the closed-form independence of the source and observation points when they are in the same layer, and no interpolations are needed. When the source and observation points are in the different layers, we can extract the closed-form independence of observation points, and only need to build tables in a one-dimensional grid of source points. Hence the computation efficiency is enhanced. Then using closed-form Green' s function and RWG basis function, the mixed-potential integral equation method together with method of moments (MPIE/MoM) can be used to analyze efficiently and accurately three-dimensional arbitrary shape multilayer microstrip circuits in spatial domain. Numerical results are given and found this method to be valid.
