彩色多普勒能量图在胎儿脐带及颅脑动脉血流检测方面的应用

摘　　要：应用彩色多普勒能量图（CDPI）及彩色多普勒血流图（CDFI）检测胎儿脐带及颅脑动脉彩色血流，并行脉冲多普勒取样，以探讨CDPI的应用价值。结果显示：CDPI100％能清晰显示脐带及颅脑动脉彩色血流，且CDPI下100％能获取清晰完整的脐动脉及大脑中动脉脉冲多普勒频谱。我们认为CDPI在胎儿脐带及颅脑动脉血流探测方面有较大的应用价值，值得推广应用。Umbilical artery and intracranial arteries of 86 fetuses were examined by color Deppler power imaging (CDFI), coor Deppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed wave Deppler, The results showed that the success rates of CDPI in obtaining good quality color Deppler blood flows and Deppler flow velocity waveforms 100% for the umbilical artery and alldle cerebral artery, proved the high efficacy of CDPI in examining the fetal umbilical artery and intracranial arteries blood flow.
