复方黄酮胶囊的急性毒性作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方黄酮胶囊的急性毒性反应。方法复方黄酮胶囊以最大浓度及最大给药体积的药液灌胃给药,3次/d。连续观察7 d,记录小鼠毒副反应情况。结果观察7 d后,全部动物健存,小鼠体重平均增长为25.08%,未见任何毒性反应。计算其最大给药量为783.38 mg槲皮素/kg体重,相当于成人日用量的39.33倍。结论提示复方黄酮胶囊毒性较小。Objective To study the toxic reaction on Compound Flavone Capsules in mice. Methods The maximum administration dosage of compound Flavone capsules were determined by ig administration in mice, three times a day Its acute toxic reactions were observed for consecutive 7 days. Results All mice survived, and no toxic reaction was shown in the observed period . The average rate of its increasing weight was 25. 08 percent. The maximum administration dosage was 783.38 mg of quercetin given to mice per kilogram, equivalent to men＇ s daily administration dosage by 39~ 33 times. Conclusion Compound Flavone Capsules is safety for oral administration.
