高效液相色谱法测定复方黄酮胶囊中熊果酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立复方黄酮胶囊中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,C18柱,以甲醇∶水∶磷酸（90∶10∶0.03）为流动相,流速为0.5 ml/min,检测波长为220 nm。结果熊果酸在0.982-9.82μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 8,平均回收率为98.32%,RSD为0.56%（n=6）。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好,适用于复方黄酮胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish the method for determining the content of ursolic acid in Compound Flavone Capsules. Methods The C18 column with methanol- water- phosphorous acid （90： 10： 0.03） as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 0.5 ml/min and the detective wavelength was 220 nm. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0.982 -9.82 μg/ ml （ r = 0.999 8）. The average recovery was 98.32% and the RSD was 0.56% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Compound Flavone Capsules.
