β-环糊精包合木香、白术(炒)混合挥发油的工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究β-环糊精包合木香、白术(炒)混合挥发油的最佳工艺。方法采用正交实验优选最佳工艺条件,以包合物得率和包合率为评价指标,并用薄层色谱和紫外光谱法进行物相鉴别。结果优选出最佳包合工艺为β-环糊精∶混合挥发油(8∶1),30℃条件包合3 h。结论此工艺稳定、可行,为其在生产中的应用提供了依据。Objective To study the optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oils from Aucklandia lappa and Lagehead atractylode. Methods Orthogonal design was used. The quality of inclusion compound of volatile oils before and after being included were analyzed by TLC and UV. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as follows： ultilization β- cyclodextfin and volatile oils was 8： 1, stirring for 3 hours at 30℃. Conclusion The optimum preparation conditions were stable and applicable which could be used for mass production.
