摘　　要：目的探讨黄芩中黄芩苷提取工艺的提取溶剂。方法采用高效液相色谱法,测定不同类型提取溶剂和不同浓度溶剂对黄芩中黄芩苷产率的影响。结果用30%乙醇提取黄芩中黄芩苷产率较高。结论该研究可以为生产中制定合理的工序时间提供实验依据,对生产具有一定的指导意义。Objective To discuss the solvents in extraction of flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis. Methods To determine the effect on the content of the flavonoids from the different types of extracting solvents and the solvents with different concentrations by HPLC. Results The content of flavonoid was more abundant extracted by 30% ethanol. Conclusion The study may provide experimental foundation for the production and it is significant to the production.
