摘　　要：分析了污染治理项目经济评价的特点,针对这些特点,根据技术经济学基本原理,提出了区别于常规项目经济分析方法,提出以削减单位污染物的平均经济费用为指标的经济分析方法。该方法可快速、准确地评价此类项目的经济合理性。This paper studies characteristics of economic analysis on pollution disposal project. According to the principle of technology-economics, this characteristics and case history, this paper brings forward a new economic analysis method, i.e., reducing AEC（ Average Economic Cost）which is different from the conventional method. This method can be applied to quick and accurate evaluation whether this type of project is economically reasonable or not.
