不稳定型心绞痛合并糖耐量减低患者血清脂联素的测定及其意义

摘　　要：目的:通过测定血清脂联素,探讨不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)合并糖耐量减低(IGT)患者血清脂联素的含量变化及其意义。方法:UAP患者被分为糖耐量正常组(单纯UAP组)和糖耐量减低组UAP/IGT,测血清胰岛素,血脂,血清脂联素含量。结果:UAP/IGT组患者较单纯UAP组血清脂联素降低(P<0.05)。结论:血清脂联素在冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生中发挥保护作用。Obiective： To. study the change of adiponectin content in patients with unstable angina pectoris complicated impaired glucose tolerance （IGT） and its clinical significance. Methods： The content of insulin, blood lipid and serum adiponeetin were detected in patients with UAP and IGT group （30 cases） and patients with UAP without IGT group （simple UAP group, 32 cases） and those indexes were compared between two groups. Results： The patients with UAP and IGT had less content of adiponectin than simple UAP group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The adiponectin may play a protective action in the accidents of coronary atheroselerotie.
