重庆市江北区酒店用能现状分析与节能诊断

摘　　要：通过对重庆市江北区宾馆酒店公共建筑能耗调研,对重庆市江北区酒店总体能耗、空调系统能耗、空调能耗构成、空调系统运行管理的现状进行了分析,并提出了节能诊断。调研发现,重庆市江北区酒店类公共建筑单位能耗较高,运行管理水平较低,节能技术未得到广泛应用,空调设计负荷普遍偏高,有很大的节能改造潜力。Based on surveying the energy consumption of the hotels in Jiangbei District, Chongqing, some analysis are made to the hotels in Jiangbei District, Chongqing which involves the total energy consumption, energy consumption of air conditioning, constituent analysis of energy consumption for air conditioning and maintenance and operation management of air conditioners in the present, and then gives out diagnosis of energy efficiency. The result shows that concerning the hotels in Jiangbei District, Chongqing, their unit energy consumption is definitely high, but management of the energy consumption system is actually weak, Also, the energy efficiency technology is not used widely, and most air conditioning design load is higher than what is needed actually. In a word, there exists immense energy retrofit potential.
