摘  要:对采自西双版纳热区枯枝落叶上的木霉进行分离,共获得19株木霉(Trichoderma spp.)。抑菌活性测定结果表明,19株木霉的发酵液对3种病原真菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Botrytiscinerea Pers.,Colletotrichum sp.)均具有不同程度的抑制作用,其中菌株SWFC1291对3种病原真菌的抑菌率均超过了80%;SWFC1511对Botrytiscinerea Pers.的抑菌率达90%。19株木霉中,SWFC2470对红酵母(Rhodotorulasp.)的抑制效果较好,抑菌圈直径达到了2.65cm;SWFC2397,SWFC2470,SWFC3499和SWFC3568这4株菌对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的抑制作用明显,其中SWFC3568的抑菌圈达到了1.60 cm。SWFC1925和SWFC2470两个菌株对红酵母和大肠杆菌均具有抑菌活性,其中SWFC2470菌株对两种菌的抑制作用较强。This experimentation is for the separation of litter Trichoderma collected from Xishuangbanna area, and the results obtained a total of 19 Trichoderma spp. The inhibitory activity results show that these fermentation products have inhibitory action of different levels to three species of Fungal Pathogen, the inhibitory rates of SWFC1291 to the three fungal pathogens have exceeded 80%.SWFC1511 to Botrytiscinerea Pers have reached 90%. In the 19 Trichoderma spp. , SWFC2470 have a preferable inhibition to Rhodotorula sp. and the diameter of inhibitory circle have achieved 2. 65 cm. SWFC2397, SWFC2470, SWFC3499 and SWFC3568 have a more prominent effect of inhibition to Escherichia coll. , the diameter of inhibitory circle of SWFC3568 have achieved 1.60cm. 8WFC1925 and SWFC2470 have the inhibition to Rhodotorula sp. and Escherichia coll. , the SWFC2470 is better.
