摘  要:以大豆品种黑农35的子叶节为材料,研究6-BA对子叶节再生三个阶段即无菌苗萌发、丛生芽诱导、丛生芽伸长的影响。结果表明:添加1mg/L 6-BA的萌发培养基上萌发的无菌苗适合作为外植体的来源;丛生芽诱导培养基中6-BA的最适浓度为1.7mg/L;丛生芽伸长的四因素正交试验表明丛生芽诱导阶段的继代培养基中降低6-BA的浓度对其伸长的影响效应最大,水平为继代培养基中0.34mg/L 6-BA浓度,为原来的1/5。Effect of 6-BA on regeneration of cotyledonary node including germination of seedlings, multiple shoots induction and shoots elongation from soybean cultivars "heinong 35" were studied. The results indicated that germinate seedlings which addition of 1.0mg/L 6-BA to germination medium were suitable as explants. The optimal concentration of 6-BA in multiple shoots induction medium was 1.7mg/L. Orthogonal design showed that decreasing, the concentration of 6-BA in subculture shoots medium had biggest effect on shoots elongation. And concentration of 6-BA in subculture medium for shoot induction was dropped to 1/5 of the preceding shoot induction medium.
