HPLC法测定玉叶清火胶囊中穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯的含量研究

摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定玉叶清火胶囊中穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯的含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定，ODS—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（55：45）；检测波长：225nm，流速为1．0ml·min^-1。结果：穿心莲内酯在0．24～2．40峭范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999）；平均回收率99．79％，RSD％为1．0％（n=5）。脱水穿心莲内酯在0．18～0．90μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9996）；平均回收率98．50％，RSD％为1．04％（n=5）。结论：该方法操作简单，重现性好，适用于玉叶清火胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Yuyeqinghuo capsule. Method： HPLC method was used, the chromatography consisted of ODS - C18 （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） chromo bar with mobile phase of methanol - water（55 ： 45 ） at the detection wavelength of 225 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mlomin - 1. Result： Andrographolide showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.24 ～ 2.40 μg（r = 0. 9999 ） ; The average recovery was 98.50% with RSD% 1.04% （n = 5）. Conclusion： This method is simple to manipulate with good reproducibility, so it is fit for quality control to Yuyeqinghuo capsule.
