摘　　要：文章介绍了糖尿病的生理病理特性,分析了其病因病机,综述了各派学者的观点。认为饮食失宜、五脏柔弱、情志失调是糖尿病的重要病因;脾气虚弱、湿邪以及"陈气"蓄积、脾阴虚是糖尿病的主要病机;脾肾功能失常为糖尿病重要的病理环节。The paper introduced physiological and pathological characteristics of diabetic melhtus, analyzed its etiological factors and pathogenesis, reviewed a lot of scholars＇ viewpoint. The improper diet, weakness of five viscera, mental disturbance were thought the improtant etiological factors; Deficiency - weakness of spleen - Qi, damp pathogen, cumulation of ＂Chen - qi＂ and deftciency of Spleen - yin were thought main pathogenesis ; Functional Disorder of spleen and kidney was thought main pathological link in diabetic mellitus.
