摘　　要：功能性子宫出血的发病机制复杂,临床上治疗方案各异,文章阐述了祖国医学及现代医学对本病的认识,并针对功血的病因病机综述了中、西医对本病的治疗现状。The pathogenesis of functional uterine bleeding is complex with different therapeutic plan in clinics, the paper expounded the cognition of TCM and western medicine to this disease, aiming at its etiological factors and pathogenesis, and summarized current status for the treatment of this disease with TCM or western medicine.
