鼻腔给药系统研究现状及在中药复方中的应用展望

摘　　要：文章综述了鼻腔黏膜的生理特征,鼻腔给药系统(NDDS)吸收的影响因素以及NDDS的剂型。报道了中药制剂鼻腔给药的优势及临床效果,指出了我国在鼻腔给药制剂研发中存在的问题。The paper introduced physiological characteristics of mucosa in nasal cavity, expouned the influencing factors in nasal drug delivery system（ NDDS）, and common dosage form in NDDS, reported the superiority of and clinical effects with Chinese drugs preparation in nasal drug delivery, at last, pointed out some problems in the study of nasal drug delivery.
