摘　　要：目的了解脊髓损伤后期局部血流量与神经功能的关系。方法采用放射性生物微球技术对兔脊髓损伤模型的脊髓血流量进行测定并进行神经功能评分。结果脊髓血流量和神经功能二者并不存在线性关系。结论仅仅凭借脊髓血流量的改善这一个指标不能反映神经功能状态。Objective In order to study the relation ship between local blood flow and neurofunction at the later stage of spinal injury. Method Measured the capacity of the local blood flow in the spinal cord injury by the radiolabelling microsphere technique and scored the nervus function grade. Result There are no correlation between the local blood flow and the nervus function. Conclusion It is obvious that the increase of the local blood supply can＇t reflect the nervus function.
