摘　　要：介绍了信号发生器自动测试系统的组成、功能以及实现方法,着重介绍了软件系统的结构、设计思路及设计的难点。该自动测试系统的软件基于Visual Basic 6.0编写,并通过GPIB口实现与仪器间的通信,自动完成数据处理及生成文档。该测试系统实用、高效、可靠。In this paper,the automatic testing system of the signal generator is introduced. The component, function, principle amd realized method of the automatic system are narrated. The structure,think of design and difficult point of design of the software system are introduced as the key points. The software of the automatic testing system is based on Vidual Basic 6. 0. And the software communicates with the instruments via GPIB interface. The automatic testing system can handle the data and upbuild the document voluntarily. The testing system is practical, efficient and reliable.
