2532例儿童血铅水平的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨铅污染与某些儿童常见病的相关关系。[方法]病例来源为大连医科大学第一临床学院儿科与营养科门诊1992-2005年就诊病例2532例,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测血铅值。[结果]2532例其中高铅血症1350例（53.3%）;慢性铅中毒243例（9.6%）。1992-1994年与2003-2005年门诊检测血铅儿童对比统计,1992-1994年门诊检测血铅儿童664例,血铅均值为（157.23±59.97）μg/L,2003-2005年门诊检测血铅儿童416例,血铅均值为（86.80±40.41）μg/L。经统计学检验（P〈0.05）差异有显著性意义。2004-2005年门诊行为异常患儿与健康儿童血铅浓度经统计学检验（P〈0.01）差异有显著性意义。[结论]门诊儿童常见病症如厌食症、多动症、注意力缺陷、行为异常、智力发育障碍等与高血铅相关。[ Objective] To investigate the correlation relation between plumbum pollution and some common disease of children. [ Methods ] In 2532 cases sources were from pediatrics and nutrition department clinic of the 1 st Affiliated Hospital of Dalian medical university from 1992 to 2005. Serum plumbum was measured with graphite furnace atomic emission spectrometry. [ Results] In 2532 cases, 1350 cases （53.3 percent） with high plumbum blood lipids,and 243 cases （9.6 percent） with chronic lead poisoning. Values of blood plumbum between from 1992 to 1994 and from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Clinic had detected 664 cases blood plumbum of children from 1992 to 1994, the average blood lead was （157.23 ±59.97） μg/L. Clinic had detected 416 cases blood plumbum of children from 2003 to 2005, the average blood lead was （86.803 ± 40.41 ） μL- There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and there was significant difference in blood plumbum level between abnormal children and health children （P 〈0.01 ）. [ conclusion] The correlation were found out between high blood plumbum and tsunemi cases of clinic children, for example apositra, hyperkinetic syndrome, attentive deficit hyperactivity disorder, abnormal behavior and intellectual disorder.
