摘　　要：介绍了自行设计的8万t/a三效四体隔膜蒸发组合性新工艺装置的工艺设计特点、工艺流程及应用情况,摸索出了使用1套装置同时生产30%和42%液碱的操作方法。并对运行中存在的问题进行了有益的探讨。The design characteristics, flow path and application status of 80 kt/a three-effect and four-part diaphragm evaporation sets designed by themselves were introduced. The operation method of 30% and 42% liquid alkali production in the same time and equipment were found out. And the existing problem in operation were discussed.
