摘　　要：[目的]对重庆市农村卫生适宜技术培训和应用效果进行评价,并对影响因素进行分析,为重庆市"十一五"适宜技术的筛选和应用示范研究提供依据。[方法]通过对重庆市两个农村卫生适宜技术示范县使用适宜技术的医务人员和接受技术服务的患者进行问卷调查,应用描述性指标、Logistic回归和Topsis决策方法对调查结果进行分析。[结果]重庆市适宜技术培训方式主要以现场培训为主,培训效果最好的方式是现场培训;79.84%的适宜技术的应用效果为显著有效;适宜技术的掌握熟练程度越好、中医技术越多、医务人员年龄越大、培训时间越长,应用率越高;西医技术的应用效果好于中医技术。[结论]农村卫生适宜技术应进一步示范推广应用。[Objective] To assess the effects of training and application of country feasible medical technology （CFMT） in Chongqing and analyze the influential factors, so as to provide evidence for screening and research on application demonstration of CFMT in the ＂Eleventh five years plan＂ of Chongqing. [Methods] The medical workers who provided CFMT and patients who received CFMT in two CFMT demonstration countries were investigated with questionnaire. Descriptive indexes, Logistic regression and Topsis Decision-making way were used to analyze the results. [ Results] The main training way of CFMT in Chongqing was training on the spot, and the best way was training on the spot too. 79.84% of the application effects of CFMT were markedly effective. The application rate of CFMT was positively correlated with the degree of familiarity to CFMT, the quantity of traditional Chinese medicine technology, the age of doctors and the training time. [Conclusions] CFMT should be popularized and applied further.
