基质金属蛋白酶-2及其组织抑制因子-2与2型糖尿病大血管病变的关系

摘　　要：[目的]探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其组织抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)大血管病变的关系。[方法]采用酶联免疫吸附法测定了30例对照组和57例T2DM患者(其中单纯T2DM者27例,大血管病变者30例)血清中的MMP-2、TIMP-2及生化、临床指标,观察各组间的差异并进行对比。[结果]大血管病变组血清中MMP-2的水平显著高于单纯T2DM组和对照组,与FBP、HbA1c、TG、TC、SBP、DB呈正相关,而TIMP-2结果相反。[结论]血清中MMP-2、TIMP-2水平的检测对监测T2DM大血管病变的发生、发展有重要的临床意义。[Objective] To investigate the association between the levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase 2 （MMP-2） and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 2 （TIMP-2） and type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy. [Methods] The serum MMP-2 and TIMP-2 were determined by ELISA in 30 healthy controls and 57 type 2 diabetes patients （including 27 type 2 diabetes without complications and 30 type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy）. [ Results] The serum MMP-2 of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy patients was obvious higher than that of single type 2 diabetes patients and the controls （P 〈 0.01 ）. And it had positive correlation with the levels of FBP, HbA1c, TG, TC, SBP and DB. While the level of TIMP-2 was on the contrary. [Conclusions] Detection of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may play an important role in surveillance of the development and progression of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy.
