循化撒拉族糖尿病流行与肥胖的关系

摘　　要：[目的]对循化地区撒拉族人群进行糖尿病流行病学调查及相关危险因素的分析。[方法]对生活在海拔2 300m左右的青海循化地区的734名当地居住的撒拉族人群随机抽样进行体检及血糖测定。按WHO标准进行筛查。[结果]世居的撒拉族人群糖尿病患病率为7.4%,糖调节受损患病率为6.7%。其中肥胖者糖尿病率为12.3%,非肥胖者患病率为4.2%。[结论]撒拉族人群糖尿病患病率高于全国平均水平,糖尿病患病率与肥胖有关。[Objective] To investigate the prevalence rate and risk factors of diabetes among Salar nationality people in Xunhua region. [Methods] A total of 734 Salar nationality residents were randomly selected from Xuhua region with altitude of 2300 meters in Qinghai Province, and were given medical examination and test of fasting blood-glucose to determine diabetes （including IGR） according to WHO 1998 criteria. [ Results] The prevalence rate of diabetes among Salar nationality people in Xunhua region was 7.4%, and the prevalence rate of IGR was 6.7%. The prevalence rate of diabetes in obesity group and normal body weight group were 12.3% and 4.2% respectively. [ Conclusions] The prevalence rate of diabetes in Salar nationality people of Xunhua region is higher than the national average level. Obesity has significant relation with diabetes.
