足月儿母乳喂养情况756例回顾性调查

摘　　要：[目的]探讨提高纯母乳喂养率的有效措施。[方法]对756例足月健康儿母乳喂养情况进行调查,观察新生儿按每2～2.5h哺乳1次,有规律哺乳对泌乳的影响。[结果]有规律哺乳有利于泌乳。[结论]新生儿期有规律按时哺乳符合催乳素(PRL)脉冲式分泌规律,有利于早期泌乳,增加乳汁分泌量,提高纯母乳喂养率。[Objective] To explore the effective measures for improving the rate of pure breasffeeding. [Methods] A total of 756 cases of full-term infants were investigated to understand the situation of breasffeeding and the influences of regular breasffeeding on lactation. [ Results] Regular breasffeeding was advantageous to lactation. [ Conclusions] Regular breasffeeding on time in neonatal period consists with the pulsatile secretion of prolactin （PRL）. And it is advantageous to early lactation, increasing the secretory volume of breast milk, and improving the rate of pure breasffeeding.
