大连市城乡社区居民高血压的现况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解大连市城乡社区居民高血压的流行现状,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]遵循随机抽样的原则,从大连市抽取两个社区,每个社区再抽出两个街道,其中一个社区的两个街道分别隶属于郊区和农村,共选取20～74岁常住人口1 138例,进行问卷调查。[结果]农村居民高血压的患病率最高,其次为郊区和城市;随着年龄的增加患病率增加;3区居民的高血压知识基本停留在50%～80%的认知水平;城市居民高血压知晓率明显高于郊区和农村居民。[结论]本次调查高血压的患病率水平明显高于全国水平,且高血压相关知识的认知水平较低,因此,加强高血压相关知识的宣传教育,有效干预危险因素是预防控制高血压的重要手段。[ Objective] To investigate the prevalence status of hypertension in community of city and countryside in Dalian, and provide scientific evidence for instituting measures for hypertension intervention. [Methods] A total of 1 138 people aged from 20 to 74 were selected from four streets in two communities of Dalian by cluster random sampling, two streets of which in one community was attached to suburban area and village, and a questionnaire investigation about hypertension was conducted among them. [ Results] The prevalence rate of hypertension in country dweller was the highest, then were that of the suburban dweller and city dweller. The prevalence rate of hypertension increased with the increasing of age. The level of recognition of hypertension in community inhabitants was 50%-80%. The awareness rate of hypertension patients who knew that he had hypertension in city dweller was higher than that in suburban dweller and country dweller. [Conclusions] The prevalence rate of hypertension in this survey is higher than the national level, and the level of recognition of hypertension in community inhabitants is very low, so strengthening the propaganda and education of hypertension related knowledge and effective intervention on risk factors will be important ways to prevent and control hypertension.
