麻疹疫苗治疗小儿水痘的疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨麻疹疫苗治疗水痘的效果。[方法]将61例水痘患儿随机分两组,试验组(n=32)给予麻疹疫苗三角肌皮下注射,对照组(n=29)给予VitB12肌肉注射,其他治疗相同。观察退热和皮疹结痂时间。[结果]试验组退热时间为(1.1±0.21)d,结痂时间为(1.82±0.80)d;对照组退热时间为(2.37±0.93)d,结痂时间为(4.68±1.19)d。两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。两组均未发现明显的毒副作用。[结论]麻疹疫苗能抑制水痘-带状疱疹病毒的复制,缩短水痘病程,提高治愈率。[ Objective] To observe the therapeutic effects of Measles vaccine used to treat children with varicella. [Methods] 61 children with varicella were randomly divided into two groups, the trial group （n = 32） were given deltoid hypodermic injection with Measles Vaccine, while the control group （n = 29） were given intramuscular injection of Vit B12, and the other treatments were the same. The antipyretic time and the time of skin rash to scab were observed. [ Results ] In trial group, the antipyretie time was （ 1.1 ± 0.21 ）d, and the time of skin rash to seal） was （ 1.82 ± 0.80）d. While in the control group, the anfipyretie time was （2.37 ± 0.93）d, the time of skin rash to seal） was （4.68 ± 1.19）d. There were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. And no adverse reaction had bee found in two groups. [Conclusions] Measles Vaccine can inhibit the copy of varieella-zoster virus, shorten the course of disease of varieella, and improve the cure rate.
