摘　　要：目的观察剖宫产术后切口愈合的超声检查情况，评价超声对部宫产子宫切口愈合不良的诊断价值，探讨子宫切口愈合不良的超声图像特征及其声像分型。方法对32例剖宫产子宫切口愈合不良的声像图和60例愈合良好的声像图进行了观察和对比研究。结果32例剖宫产子宫切口愈合不良超声影像有其特异性。根据声像图表现和切口愈合的病理变化过程，归纳为三型：实性非均质型、混合型和类囊肿型。结论剖宫产术后的超声检查能及时为临床提供客观依据，并动态观察切口愈合情况，方法简单易行、经济、准确，对预防远期母婴并发症发生有重要的临床价值。Objective To observe uhrasonography in cervical wound healing after cesarean section, analyse sonogram character and image typing, and evaluate the diagnostic value of uhrasonography in cervical wound malunited. Methods The sonogram characters of 32 cases of cervical wound mabmited and 60 cases of uterus incision of abdominal dehvery healed in good condition were observed and contrasted. Results There were difference in 32 cases sonogram character,including three types：solid inhomogeneous,mixed pattern,cystoid pauem. Conclusions Ultrasenography is easy,exact,economics and can provide wound healing image for chnic in time. It is important in clinic to prevent long-term mobidity of mothers disease.
