摘　　要：嵌入式串行通信系统被越来越多地应用于对传统机电设备的改造中,在某工程应用中就大量使用了异步串行通讯总线RS485完成和机电系统的信息交互,但是各机电设备的电路设计不统一、不规范,在工程的实际应用中造成了很多困难。结合实际应用给出了一些RS485电路中的常用匹配和保护设计方法。Embedded serial communication systems have been utilized in many projects to reconstruct traditional mechanical-electronic devices. Now RS-d85 technique has been used to communicate with mechanical electrical systems. However, the circuits design in different devices are different and many of them are nonstandard, it is hard to make them working together. To solve this problem, this paper presents some experiences of matching and protection approaches to design RS485 that we have applied in our projects successfully.
