摘　　要：分析了各种辅导需求的解决方案,提出并设计了基于网络的智能辅导的知识服务方案。利用基于知识的自动推理等技术实现了辅导的智能化和自动化,利用基于领域的自然语言理解等技术实现了需辅导问题与系统的信息转化,利用计算机网络等技术解决了数目庞大的用户群与系统的交互问题,提供网络在线实时运行模式,较好地解决了目前各种辅导形式的不足之处。系统试验服务结果表明系统提供的智能辅导能够很好地解答学生的问题,且在成功率、正确率和响应时间等方面能够满足学生要求。This article analyses all solutions to tutorship demands, and puts forward and designs an knowledge service solution of intelligent tutorship based on Internet. It uses automatic reasoning based on knowledge to realize the intellectualization and automatization of tutorship, uses natural language understanding based on domain to realize the information transform between the tutorship problem and the system. It uses the technologies of computer network to solve the mutual problems between numerous consumer and the system, and supplies real-time diagnosis modes on Internet. It can solve the insufficiency of all kinds of tutorships. The result of trial service indicates that intelligent tutorship supplied by the system can solve the problems of students primly, the rate of success, the rate of exactness and the time of response can meet the requests of students.
