摘  要:目的:研究并建立半枝莲药材的指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18柱,甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温35°C,对30个不同来源的药材进行了检测。结果:建立了半枝莲药材HPLC-UV指纹图谱共有模式,14个共有峰被标定。并对30批半枝莲及其混淆品的进行了相似度比较。24批半枝莲药材的相似度均在0.7以上,6批混淆品均在0.4以下。结论:HPLC指纹图谱鉴别半枝莲及其混淆品具有重复性好、特征性强、方法简便等特点,可作为半枝莲药材的鉴别方法。AIM: To study and establish the fingerprints of Scutellaria barbara by RP-HPLC. METHODS:The fingerprints of Scutellaria barbata was built by using Diamonsil^TM C18 as analytical column and acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% H3PO4 aqueous in gradient as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Detecting wavelength was set at 280 nm. The temperature of column was at 35 ℃. Total 30 batches of Scutellaria barbata samples and their adulterants were analyzed. RESULTS: The mutual mode to HPLC-UV fingerprints was set up, and the 14 common peaks were pinpointed. The similarities among Scutellaria barbata samples and their adulterants of different sources were obtained. The similarities in 24 batches of Scutellaria barbata samples were all above 0.7 and those of 6 batches of adulterants were below 0.4. ble. It can be uesd to identify Scutellaria CONCLUSION: This methods is simple, rapid, stable and reproduci- barbara and its adulterants
