英国社会工作教育发展概况及其启示

摘　　要：本文全面考察了英国社会工作教育发展的概况,对该国社会工作教育发展过程中形成的研究导向的人才培养体系与实务导向的资格教育体系并行不悖的二元结构模式进行了重点考察,并结合具体案例对这一模式做了比较分析。最后从目前中国社会工作教育发展的实际需要出发,讨论了英国独具特色的社会工作教育发展道路提供的几点启示。With a comprehensive review of the development of British social work education, this paper focuses on its dualistic structure model： the research-orientation talent training system and the practice-orientation qualification training system, which are formed in the development process of social work and run parallel with each other in the country. The paper then makes a comparative analysis on the model through concrete eases. Finally, to deal with the practical needs of social work education in China, the paper provides several enlightenments received from the unique way in which British social work education has developed.
