温度和营养盐对条斑紫菜体细胞生长发育的影响

摘　　要：文章研究了温度(15℃、20℃、23℃)和营养盐浓度(0mg/L、25mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L)对条斑紫菜体细胞生长发育的影响,结果表明,条斑紫菜体细胞在温度20℃,营养盐浓度50mg/L时生长的最好。The experiment was investigated the effects of temperature （15 ℃, 20 ℃, 23 ℃） and the concen- tration of nutrients （0 mg/L, 25 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L） on the growth of somatic cells in Porphyra yezoensis. The result indicated that the best growth rate of somatic cells in Porphyra yezoensis is obtained at temperature 20 ℃ and the concentration of nutrients 50 mg/L.
