紫丁香叶提取物对低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰的抑制作用

摘　　要：采用沉淀法从猪血中提取LDL,通过硫酸铜对LDL的诱导氧化修饰,研究了紫丁香叶提取物在不同添加量时对LDL氧化修饰的抑制作用。结果表明,紫丁香叶提取物在LDL的诱导氧化过程中,对MDA、脂褐素的生成有很好的抑制作用,可降低LDL相对电泳迁移率,且抑制作用随着紫丁香叶提取物添加量的增加而增强。Low-density lipoprotein（LDL） prepared from porcine blood by sedimentation was oxidative modification induced by copper sulfate. The inhibitions of clove leaf （Syringa oblata） extraction on LDL oxidation at different concentration were studied. The results showed that the extraction had good inhibitory effect on the formation of MDA, lipofuscin, and lowered the relative electrophoretic mobility of LDL oxidized. The inhibitory effection of the extract on LDL oxidation was increased as added level increased.
