宫腔内解脲支原体对体外受精-胚胎移植结果的影响

摘　　要：目的了解体外受精—胚胎移植者的宫腔内解脲支原体感染情况以及感染对妊娠结果的影响。方法442新鲜胚胎移植周期进行解脲支原体培养,比较支原体阳性组和阴性组临床妊娠结果。结果宫腔内解脲支原体感染率为27.83%,宫腔感染组在临床妊娠率和种植率方面没有明显影响,早期流产率较低(4.46%比15%)但没有统计学差异。输卵管性不孕的宫腔感染情况相似。结论宫腔解脲支原体不影响体外受精-胚胎移植的临床结果。Objective： To investigate the effect of Ureaplasma Urealyticum （UU） in the uterus on the IVF outcome. Method： The tips of 442 inter - embryo - transfer tube were cultured for UU. Comparing the clinical results of IVF - ET between UU infected group and UU uninfected group, Results： The incidence of UU in the Uterus in IVF patients is 27. 83%. There is no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate between two groups. The early miscarriage rate is lower in the infected group but has no significant difference, The incidence of UU inthe uterus is nearly same inthe IVF womenwithtubal infertility. Conclusion： In IVF- ET, the UU culture positive in uterus has no erect on clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate and ectopic pregnancy rate, but abortion rate tend to decrease,
