摘　　要：发电机定子空心铜导线堵塞主要是由铜导线腐蚀而造成。对堵塞的化学清洗应选择合适的酸、氧化剂、缓蚀剂和辅助药剂,并结合有效的清洗工艺进行,而改善内冷水水质是解决堵塞的根本途径。Flow restrictions in the generator stator hollow copper conductors are commonly caused by copper corrosion. The chemical cleaning for plugging is characterized by the coordinated use of acids, oxidants, inhibitors and auxiliary chemicals, which can be applied to the cooling system under effective cleaning process, However, the final solution to the problem is the optimization of stator cooling water chemistry.
